What we do
EPS Learning LLP produces legal training videos on a variety of different legal topics using the best legal trainers in the country. These videos range from introductory, advanced and refresher seminars to updates on recent case law and new or amended legislation.
Once purchased, you can stream our videos to your PC or laptop all at a time and place that suits you. You can also access the detailed notes and assessment that accompany each of our videos. It's very much like attending your own personal seminar wherever and whenever is convenient for you.
Getting Started
The first step is to register with us and create a user account. This process is free and you are not obliged to purchase anything.
By registering you will be able to view the introductions to all of the videos available on our website. Again there is no obligation to purchase anything; you can browse for free at your leisure.
Should you wish to purchase a video, our products are sold on a one licence per person basis so each user who wishes to watch our videos will need to buy a licence. The prices for our products can be viewed on the prices web page of this site.
To purchase one of our videos, please follow these easy steps:
1. Log-in to your user account
2. Select the video you want to purchase from the relevant Area of Law page and add it to your basket
3. Proceed to Checkout
4. Select the number of licences you wish to purchase and update your basket
5. Pay for your licences by credit card or BACS transfer
6. When payment has been received, you will receive an email from us with a code that can be inputted in your Account area to immediately release the video to you. If you have purchased multiple licences, this same code can be used to by the other users you have purchased licences for.
Once purchased, you will then have 60 days to view your product before it expires. You can watch it as many times as you like during this 60 day period.
CPD
Our training videos are accompanied by slides and detailed downloadable notes. Once you have watched the video and read the notes, you may then take an assessment to test what you have learnt and attain CPD points in addition to those you will have accrued by watching the video. Once you have attained 60% or more on the assessment, you may accrue the full amount of CPD points available for your purchased video - our products can be used for 75% of your CPD requirements in any year.
However, we feel that continuing professional development should not be a 'tick the box' exercise. Given the quality of our presentations, the high calibre of the materials that you receive, the assessment of your understanding and the accessibility of our product, in addition to accruing CPD points, we will also make you a better lawyer which we believe is by far more important than ensuring that you have your required hours by 31st October each year.
