Oakland USD needed to expand access to high-quality reading intervention for students with IEPs in response to AB 1369 dyslexia legislation and its goal of having strong third-grade readers. The district sought an easy-to-implement, evidence-based solution for consistent results—and found that SPIRE delivered.
